ENTRY: NO PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY. To participate in the Pet and Water Safety Photo Contest and win a prize, you must submit at least one pet photo(s) online at: www.petandwatersafety.com. Simply upload the photo(s) that in your opinion best illustrates the your pet having fun. Complete the Web site form in its entirety and submit by December 31, 2010. All entries become the property of the sponsors.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Everyone is eligible except professional photographers who receive compensation for their photos, and the employees of Sea Ray Boats, Nestle Purina Petcare, Onyx, their agencies, respective subsidiaries and affiliates, parents, directors and officers .

WINNER’S SELECTION: The best pet photo will be selected by a group of Pet and Water Safety judges based on the photo they determine best depicts pets on the water and fun. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 5 days after the selection. The AVALA Marketing Group will ship the Onyx pet life vest within four to six weeks after the selection.

PRIZE: One (1) Onyx pet life vest will be awarded. No substitute or transfer of prize is permitted. The prize will be awarded to one winning person per month whose name is on the photo contest entry form.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Contest, entrants agree to all terms and conditions of Official Rules and by the decisions of Pet and Water Safety, Sea Ray Boats, Nestle Purina Petcare, Onyx, and/or The AVALA Marketing Group, which are binding and final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for sponsor and/or its advertising, marketing, research and promotion agencies to publish winner’s name and/or likeness, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree to hold harmless Pet and Water Safety, their agencies, respective subsidiaries and affiliates, parents, directors, officers, and employees from any and all liability arising from, or in connection with this Contest. The winner’s photo may be published on the Pet and Water Safety web site or Sea Ray Living magazine along with other media selected by Pet and Water Safety.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Pet and Water Safety and their agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with this Contest, or for any technical or human error which may occur in processing entries for photos, including, but not limited to, lost, late, damaged, illegible, postage due or misdirected entries. If, for any reason, this Contest is not capable of running as planned, for any cause beyond the reasonable control of the sponsors and/or The AVALA Marketing Group, they reserve the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.

CONDUCT: Pet and Water Safety, Sea Ray Boats, Nestle Purina Petcare, Onyx and The AVALA Marketing Group reserve the right to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike/disruptive manner. Pet and Water Safety, Sea Ray Boats, and The AVALA Marketing Group reserve the right to disqualify anyone submitting a photo that is considered vulgar, in bad taste or indecent by the judges.
